Vista Villaverde is a four bedroom, four bathroom detached Villa located in the small village of Villaverde.
Villaverde is a 15 minute drive from both Corralejo and El Cotillo, the village itself boasts two of the best authentic Spanish restaurants the north of the island has to offer in El Horno and El Rancho. Elsewhere in the village you will find several Tapas bars an excellent supermarket and two rural hotels, Hotel Rural and Hotel Oasis Rural. Both hotels are within a two minute walk and you are more than welcome to us thier bars and retaurants other services the hotels offer are subject to charges.
Vista Villaverde its self is a two storey villa comprising of three bedrooms on the ground floor and one bedroom on the first floor. Of the three ground floor bedrooms two have double beds in, one with on-suite bathroom and the third bedroom has 2 single beds.
The first floor bedroom also has an on-suite bathroom and a large roof terrace. The remaining two bathrooms are on the ground floor.
The rest of the Villa is made up of a very large living room with open fire a seperate dinning area which seats eight comfortably. There is a large seperate kitchen and utility room.
Outside you will find a 40 sq/mtr pool with large terraces a covered car port for two cars and a beautifully land scapped walled garden that surrounds the Villa.
