Chablis has now been going strong for well over 15 years, situated on the High Street it is one of the longest established bar/restaurants in Corralejo. Owned by Steve & Trish (who make an appearance on Tuesday & Saturday nights) but mainly managed by Jean during the day and Eileen at night. Opening in the morning for the usual full English breakfasts going through to early afternoon when you can relax on the balcony and enjoy a light lunch. The lunch menu includes: Jacket potatoes, Ploughmans lunch, Chilli or Curry with rice and a selection of salads. Come the evening you can settle down and choose one of the many starters, main courses and sweets available on the evening menu.The evening menu includes:Lasagne, Breaded scampi, Battered cod, Surf & turf, Gammon, Chablis chicken, Fillet & Sirloin steaks plus the usual Burger/sausage and chips.A good children's menu and a tasty selection of sweets are also available.
